khair mubarak bro. have a good day!
Khair Mubarak to you too brother. Pakistan U19's play India tomorrow, another celebration to look forward too. A victory.
Eid mubarak from Pakistan.
Eid Mubarak everyone.
Who's staying up for U19s quarters?
i was in burma in november
JPB was there any indication of ethnic cleansing when you were there last year?
no, not that i saw.
what's the story then ?
just read an article about it.
it surprises me to find this out because rangoon has all sorts of mixed faces. many people of indian descent appear to have been there since before indian independence. they did not appear to suffer from any obvious racial discrimination, so it is a surprise that an indigenous part of the population should so suffer.
Sadly the Buddhist seem intent in wiping out a minority Muslim population in Burma no matter if it's kids/babies, women or anyone but unfortunately nothing is being reported as they suffer in silence.
it's so strange for buddists too.
Indeed we all were under impression that Buddhist were a peaceful race.
The BBC says this about it
"The violence in Rakhine state began in late May when a Buddhist woman was ---------- murdered by three Muslims. A mob later killed 10 Muslims in retaliation, though they were unconnected with the earlier incident.
Sectarian clashes spread across the state, with houses of both Buddhists and Muslims being burnt down."
Maybe it's not so one sided ?
btw, just thinking about religious places, ive been to
- 'holiest' bhuddist place
- holiest siekh place
- holiest jewish place
- holiest catholic place
- 3rd holiest muslim place
- holiest hindi khali place
Jpb it may have started like that which is wrong but off late it is pretty one sided and nothing is being allowed to be leaked other than a C4 report from Bangladesh where some are living asylum.
Btw thats quite an impressive list of places you been to
cheers kash yeah, ive been lucky yo see a few different places
peace out to the burmese dudes
Adot, how are your boys doing in Quarter finals? Do ya think they will recover enough to give a fight?

Jeez another U19 cliffhanger. I quickly hit the sack last night when Pak lost 2 wickets in the first over but this low scoring contest went to the wire.
