Can't see NZ having a chance here really.

No, me neither. I think the only person that really troubled India the last time NZ toured was Jesse Ryder and as he's not playing, I can't see them posing any problems. However, they do have good players like Guptill and Williamson so it wont be a walk in the park by any means.

I want to see sehwag being groomed in the middle order. its high time we do it. we will benefit from his middle order batting more from now onwards due to his age.

India should win no problem. What concerns me is Zaheer is nearly 34... He cannot havevmuch playing time left.

Where is Ishant?

I think two key players are Kohli and Raina - A couple of world class one day players with something to prove in the Test arena.

The wicket looks very flat. NZ have done well to get 3 wickets.

I hope there is something in it for bowlers as well.
I hope its not the boring slugfest wicket like many subcon pitches are accussed of,many of which are justified.
I just cant stand the wickets like colombo, karachi and bangalore.
But galle, mohali, kolkata, mumbai are result wickets.
Just hope the pitch does something as the match progresses.

i liked the fact dat pujara came at 3. he definately has the technique to see the new ball if the openers fail

poor shot from kohli. he was being set very nicely by the bowlers. needs to learn how to leave balls.

Pujara 1 short of a 100. solid player. deserves his 1st 100.

well raina has the short ball problem. ow he was pretty gd. will hv to see how gd and consistent he is.

Rohit who?
Rohit sharma is the indian version of Ian bell or shaun marsh.
Thats how i see it.
He is no great deal, one who burst in pressure.

i dont believe in talent and all that crap. I belive in players who score runs consistently. thats how I see players. if u r a batsman score runs, and if you are a bowler take wickets.

raina gone.

+rohit's techniques has flaws. he is very slow to react when he is facing pace bowling. He has been bowled so many times in the past 1 year.

Viru, couldnt agree more.
I also dont believe in word Talent,as its so loosely used by commentators.
For me talent=only potential.
They said martyn was the most talented, but ponting was more successful, the same case with bell/cook, rohit/kohli.
