Take into account the ludicrous contract you have him on and no-one will want him on a permanent transfer. He won't want to drop his wages by that much so he's just too expensive. Fair play to us for not being as reckless as you.

I think there fed up of being in the championship now just like we were in lg 1, they've spent and spent and spent and spent again and still they sit in the championship, they left us years ago in lg 1 and now here we are on a level par with them it's not a nice feeling for them when they see teams like Norwich and Southampton up and up again having spent nowt like they have and now little Huddersfield will probably do the same before they get there (*¯︶¯*)

We aspire to RETURN to the Prem having spent a season winning L1 by a country mile,not scraping through when a goalie missed a peno against us, and then losing a play off in a peno shoot out away at Cardiff and finishing just outside last year.
I guess when you have never tasted the Prem you won't understand the feeling of being there.
And as previously stated just because Sven did waste loads of money and we have given players away to rid Nigel of them,doesn't mean to say we are going to give you Beckford for nothing.
