When you look at most top teams they all have a set of core players who have been their for ages and fight for a win because its "their club".

Whereas at Tottenham it feels like everyone's a passenger. 95% of our players probably don't feel like Tottenham is worth fighting for.

Bayern: Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Muller, Alaba etc
Barcelona: Pique, Xavi, Messi, Pedro etc
Madrid: Casillas, Ramos, Marcelo etc

You need players who are willing to work hard and fight for the team that gave them the lifestyle they have. We sadly don't have that..

Mason and Kane the closest to it but both still too young to really influence the older players.

It hasn't helped that we've changed managers alot because everytime a players feels grateful towards a manager for buying him theyre off and a new one is in.
