I really want him to hit his best form. Has been so unlucky with injuries. Could be his best season so far

Lamela is so good off the bench and generally disappointing when he starts

He was progressing really well and getting better every year but his injury really faaacked him over

Lamela getting the ball deep like for that goal and playing forward is what our team misses. His work rate always welcome too. If only he could stay fit

Tell you what I don’t want to see Davies in the top competitions for us anymore. Rose has been superb

Looks really good coming on as a sub. Don't know if that should change or not.

Lamela always been a favourite of mine. I honestly think he should be starting games.

Kane has been soo poor

Dier had a good first half and symbolic 2nd. Shows how we need a lot better in midfield against the press

Sounds like Lamela's goal was the sort of move he could be starting if he played deeper. Like, in Dembele's position. I know people have called for that before. Not watching myself but just going off what BBC said.

Didn't he move sideways and at the back and the pitch parted like Moses' sea for Lamela to run through

Good result considering Trippier has been doing his best to hold us back.

Definitely a no. Thats far too deep for Lamela. He needs to be between CM and ST.
