The embarrassing thing wasn’t the result, but mure to the fact that supporters actually were waiting and wanted us to lose, so they could turn around and say “I told you so about Jose”. Even during my most fuming moments this season at wanting a managerial change, I never wanted us to lose a game. Embarrassing some of you lot. It’s almost like you gain pleasure from Spurs losing, just so you can say “why did we sack Pochettino” totally forgetting how s*** we have been prior to Mourinho’s appointment.

Let's be honest Don, after a run of 3 wins against relatively poor opposition, the hype around Mourinho was a getting a little carried away at times. Unfortunately in his first real test we end up losing.
It's ok to be optimistic about our chances under him, but there are clear problems with this squad that aren't going to go away simply with the change of another manager.

Don thats just pure crap no fan wants us to lose
They could make you manager and I would still want us to win even tho it would be highly unlikely.
I am facking angry not just cos we lost but in the way we lost and I am furious that a football genius in jose fielded a team with winks and sissoko combined in midfield and altho I dont like jose much he is not an idiot.
I am fuming that a player who has facked us off out of it was bought on as first sub
Why do you think we are angry it because NONE of us want to lose EVER

No, but it was becoming toxic under Poch mate and they had to make a change. It sounds like things weren’t great behind the scenes either. Once Mourinho weeds out the rubbish and implements his own ideas/ squad, then you can criticise and say “ it wasn’t a great appointment”, but to start hounding him out after 4 games and his first loss, ridiculous mate.
It’s depressing to say but we are literally a mid-table quality side now. We’ve literally had mid-table form for a year

I want him to succeed, but I have my reservations, a lot of them to do with the bald man upstairs.
It's results like this though that do make me question whether this is still the same Mourinho of yesteryear. I know comparable to other teams he's managed it might not be as good but beating this Man United shouldn't exactly have been that difficult.

I am so disappointed in Levy. Poch earned the right for a transitional season and the vast majority of the fanbase were happy to be patient.
80% of my anger is with levy, but 20% is Jose who imo was the worst possible appointment, and he has done little to change my mind. We're playing so much long ball stuff, I dread to think how we line up when Jose has the team playing his way
