They aren’t wingbacks, that’s why

Problem is we don't have enough quality to keep a consistent run of wins going. We have Kane and Son, but Kane drops deep now meaning not enough chances are actually falling to him, and Son as we know can have runs of being very poor and ineffective. Beyond that who can we look to?

We've been out of Europe for months and it's made no difference.

Plus Conte was doing that with a Chelsea side who had recently won a title. Try doing it with a team that doesn't win anything.

Conte posted on his IG the other day the goal against City with "Counter Attack?" because we played through City. One min and 20 secs of footage of a game where we had just over 20% possession. Who is he trying to fool?

I hate what we have an extra man at the back instead of a back four. It's just invites pressure every time. Burnley bossed us all game.

Lose or draw against Leeds and thats the season over. Not totally out of it yet but he has to buck his ideas up. Reg has to play and Skipp back now.

I know he will never change his 5 4 1 or 5 3 2 or whatever it is but he has to make us more pro active everywhere on the pitch. Bored of watching teams play through us every week.

I'm disappointed with Conte overall. Obviously a top manager with the right players but is getting outdone regularly by average manager's with his tactics.

Got the better of Pep, but done over by Hassanhuttl, Large and Dyche. Would much rather we turned up for the smaller teams and picked up the points there. 343 is getting exposed every week.

Spurs CBs are absolute garbage. Not one of them is really good enough. Certainly not at defending set pieces.

I'm not even convinced we are better under Conte than we were under Jose.

Looked like 5 4 1 to me. Sit back and soak up pressure and TRY to hit them on the break.

We have a weaker squad than last season, that Kulusevski chance, Bale last year buries that no question, fine margins, if that is a goal it changes the game.

Burnley offered fack all apart from running, aggression and falling over every time they got near goal to buy cheap free kicks, and they won the game courtesy of it.

Tbf bentancur was struggling all match - can hardly blame this game on winks

I'm more hopeful under Conte than when under Jose. Jose is a past it manager who is proving that again at Roma. Conte is currently a top managing who is struggling, like any other manager would, at a club that needs time to turn around the stench of mediocracy.

I called this after literally his first few games where we were scrapping past bottom half sides after being outplayed and yet was shut down by 99% of fans on here

It made for such good reading and optimism after the Leicester result - 1 point above Arsenal with a game in hand. Now we are 3 points behind having played a game more and they have Wolves at home tomorrow. Losing all 3 games against Burnley, Wolves and Southampton is criminal.

They are right now but at least the football has been better.
