Really reckon we should go for Sturridge in January. Watching him for Chelsea looks like he's trying too hard, he'd be competition for Lennon and also up front, it's obvious he has talent, just needs to be at a place where he's appreciated. AVB got the best out of him at Chelsea too.
He makes Carroll look like Sandro.
Hope for the boy, in that Messi shows it can be done.
But the PL hurly-burly is a big ask.
