Both of them are doing a decent job for the club under tough circumstances.

Both of them are doing a decent job holding on to their jobs under tough circumstances of being sh|t.
How can we expect a passionate fight from the players when the man at the top doesn't show any himself any more.
Wenger clearly doesn't care enough now. Anyone can see that. A few years ago he would have been fuming in the post match interview, now he's just accepting what we've become as a club and so are the players.
A young, energetic manager would find a way to overcome some of the issues we've been having but I fear Wenger no longer has this fight left in him.
To be honest Arsene out isn't enough, he has to take Skivin' Ivan with him!
On that note 5 and 3 from me!
I want him to leave at the end of the season. We need fresh ideas and a new approach. Wenger, as loyal a servant he has been to AFC, just doesn't have what it takes to help us move forward anymore. When other clubs have changed their policies, approaches and tactics over the years, we have stayed the same and we are falling further behind.
after every defeat there is always a "should AW go" style article on here....its pathetic.
Thinking about managers that are jobless currently, I think even Strachan would do a better job and I hate the guy!
Lucas it happens because he should have gone when we lost 8-2 to man utd. He actions since then have stank of nothing but desperation and nonchalantness.
I will be first to call for Wengers head if someone can prove to me that Wenger voluntarily sold RVP, Nasri, Cesc and Song and is now lying over Theo (because J Cross has interviewed Walcott to be told that the club have NOT talked to him since Aug).
Otherwise something dramatic and very bad is a happening at Arsenal board level.
Have to say:

In that most recent photo Wenger is looking particularly senile
If true that's just as bad if not worse Jenius as it suggests Wenger has lost his backbone which makes him a yes man rather than the manager he should be.
He is ever so slightly crosseyed with a dollop of confusedface!
Slight look of Roy Hodgson. Worryingly clueless look
I think being the highest paid manager in the league without any pressure to win things is the reason why Wenger has been so 'loyal' to us.
It reminds me of this...

It's all great but fast forward to the last 40 secs. That face looking at the sky.. I bet Arsene asks that question every day to his vanity mirror!

the only pressure he gets is in his pants when he buys the latest youngster for the first team.

yeah Wenger likes being abused by our moronic, fickle and clueless fans when he would walk into pretty much any club spend 10 times as much.
He's not the highest paid manager in the league. Mancini is.
yes man rather than the manager he should be.
------------------------------
All managers are 'yes' men. The one with the most power in the world is supposedly Fergie. Do you see how Fergie sucks up to the Glazers?
I think the one way out of this is if we don't qualify for the top 4. We need Usmanov on the board and Kroenke/Usmanov working together or the situation is going to get very bad.
Frankly we can't even keep players anymore. The lack of fight in the dressing room is so obvious now. Sagna stated the obvious in the summer. Most players aren't stupid. Something has to change drastically at board level.
so any thoughts on the poll so far?
