Also, I'd like to add that our squad has no balance. This is due to mismanaged departures and replacements. When someone is injured, whoever replaces him is totally different. There cannot be any consistancy with that type of team. At least Fergie gets his team playing the way HE wants

This is often (sadly) very true. We do not have consistency in the players and we don't even have consistency in the players replacing the injured players.
We often bring in a different player who is nothing like said aforementioned player.

i think we def need a new look on things 4-3-3 worked with them players but not no more i even think with the injuries and bans even this would work better:
