Rather than taking the big punt on someone like Falcao or Cavani, I have to say I wouldn't mind someone like Dzeko.

I´d take Dzecho in a heartbeat but will never happen.

City wouldn´t sell to us unless it was part of a swap deal for someone like Terry.

City would never let him go to a rival for cheap

City are not as retar.ded as us. They don't sell top players to rival clubs.

BK,

The dilemma being should be pay over the odds for Dzeko ( a proven Prem scorer)

or roll the £50m dice again on Falaco and pray we don't ruin another striker?

To get the best from Dzeko you need to set up with players who look to cross the all in to the box, Chelsea need striker who uses movement to dictate where passes are made; Dezko isn't that player.

Why would City want Terry now?

City wouldnt sell to us anyway.

I personally don't think that is necessarily the case. He can play outside with the ball at his feet and his runs are good.

He is a top pro, of course his runs will be 'good' but so our most strikers, we don't need good, we need world class movement. I'm sure Dezko would get goals but it is still a case of a square peg in a round hole.

Even players they could replace City don't let go cheap normally and would expect a decent fee for Dzeko, might as well show the ambition and go for the best in Falcao who is available.
