Agree with all Serial, Expect the going to matches thing. Don't see the point in that.

Yeah TBOK but its the only way to show that you are not agreeing with the way Arsenal is in. Dont buy tickets.

Wow, WTF DJ?!?!

I think it's just as simple as Wenger doesn't want to spend the money. It's there, but he's under no pressure to spend it. The board are happy with semi-finals/top 4 and although Wenger isn't happy with those results.. he isn't willing to change his beliefs and splash out on players simply because the money is there. His comments regarding the teams mental strength and his belief in this team, in reality is him trying to convince himself of his own ability and his own mental strength.

I agree with TBOK on this. What i meant was just an indirect thing. Nothing to do with protesting at anything. Just with high prices and a poor team, it's difficult to justify going to games with my young lad for 10+ games a season.

RonAlvinho, I do think you have a point. I think too Wenger is convinced of this team and his ability that he want to show the world he can do it his way.

He is blind and too stubborn to see the team's deficiencies.

Wenger can spend the money but the board are blocking him I've heard it all now

Anyway, i had a think about it, and the transfer saga is not really Wenger's fault. He's a victim of his own principal and blind loyalty. You can blame him for on-field issues, but not transfers.

If Arsenal don't sign anyone this window, i really believe it's nothing to do with Wenger wanting, but 100% to do with the board not allowing.

Well it's up to you what you believe, batmanu. Do you truly think that we'll spend £40m+ on a single player if the manager is changed? I don't.
