Didn't think Olsson did that badly, but Ridgewell is not a full back and it showed at times.

Think the inclusion of Long showed the game plan was to get in and about us and ruffle us, but the midfield didn't do a good job of it.

Lukakus introdution changed the game, imo. He scared our defenders and although not involved in the penalty, his presence on the pitch was felt. Luckily he fluffed his big chance!

Thats how big a player Mulumbu is for us mate. thank God hes in talks for a new contract.

As for us us. Our season is in danger of just fizzing out...which is a shame. Saints are not that far behind us now and Fulham have 2 games in hand on us. I'd be gutted if we finished bottom half of the table and the start we had. We were 4th at the end of November .

A top half half finish would still be a very good season though, so Clarkey needs to get the boys going again.

Ridgewell is a classic case of a player getting picked because he is English.

I thought we were decent enough with the ball without ever looking like we were threatening them too much for 70 minutes. Lack of pace in midfield. This needs to be addressed in the summer. Without the ball we dont close down anywhere near quickly enough.

Our forwards have got be sharper with the chances they get too. All round improvement needed, albeit we were playing a top four side today.
