Brandt Snedeker
Tiger Woods
Rory Mcilroy
Phil Mickelson
Hunter Mahan
Tigers on the prowl
Think Rory has too much to do, has only had a few good rounds recently.
Hopefully some of the English putt in a good showing
Good evening. I've no idea who's going to win. Would like Lee Westwood to break his duck in the majors, but not sure if that's ever going to happen.
Snedeker and Bradley were the ones I was looking at.
Always wait for the conclusion of the Par 3 before picking a winner!
Is there any correlation between the two, Sir Kenneth? Do you strike off the winner of the par 3?
Absolutely! Firstly the statistic about no player ever doing the double, although there is a first time for everything. Secondly the Par 3 contest is a bit of fun, if a player focuses his efforts on that, you can bet they have no hope in the main tournament.
Does everyone go each way on their selections due to the big odds on offer for most players?
So we are looking for someone relaxed and not too bothered...
I will go E/W, especially as they are paying 6 places. Cannot go wrong!
Certainly are, unless I may be over analysing it
For a place in top 6, what are odds multiplied by?
Bo Van Pelt with the same thinking!
Paddy Power, btw. Most are paying top 5 at quarter odds.
Yeah seen the advert, just thought they may reduce the odds, but as it's 1/4 odds like the rest, it's a good offer.
Didn't check the odds against others, so not sure if they are skimping on them to make up for the 6 places.
Bet on Snedeker at 35/1 e/w, thinking about adding Bradley at 22/1.
Seems good odds, Snedeker is 33s and Bradley 20/1 on Skybet.
Bet365 and Coral have Snedeker 40s, Bradley 22s.
Ladbrokes have Bradley at 25s and Snedeker 40.
So they aren't the best odds around, but the 6 places evens it out.
Jason Day 50/1 and Nicolas Colsaerts 80/1 are who i've gone for. Expect them both to miss the cut
Also a shame the BBC aren't covering it until Saturday, stupid adverts on Sky.
Jason Day has been in decent enough form hasn't he? Couple of seconds in the majors.
Yeah consistent player and a tied 2nd finish in his last and only appearance in the Masters i believe.

Divot went further than the ball

Very well at the minute, all nicely positioned. What will the day one leading score be?

Yeah, the Aussie has had a great back 9 to get to 5 under, and not many groups left to go out now.
