Lucas seems heavily reliant on pace.

I don't think he has the technical ability to match him. Has the awesome athleticism, but that can only go so far.

----

I agree he's a bit below in technical ability, but he has enough to replicate Ronaldo's goalscoring. The form I'm seen from him in the last few months has reminded me of the Ronaldo that was banging in the goals for United in the 07/08 season.

I don't think Bale (in current form) is a far off Ronaldo as some think. He has world class pace, dribbling and long range shooting and is arguably better at setting up team mates. Not as tricky or prolific, but still very effective. I don't think he'll keep it up consistently like Ronaldo, which puts him a level below.

Fabiano? Leiva? Podolski? Piazon?

This Barca team won 5-0 without the great man at the weekend.

Some spanish teams must be absolute dross. But when the Big two take 300m Euros from the 600M TOTAL for the whole division....you can kinda see why.

I remember last summer watching Lucas on you tube, and just being frustrated at how much he over dribbles, and the lack of vision.

He can honestly look like Gervinho and Walcott at times.

Lucas Fabiano is the most famous one out of those. Not sure the others are all called Lucas though.

Let's be honest, Barca without Messi are Spain. They should still be comfortably beating half the teams in La Liga.

Lucas Fabiano? Pretty sure it's Luis Fabiano

Barca not had a single shot on target in first half........First time it's happened all season.

Could get "Messi" for Barca.
