Kagawa, I was just gonna say that. His chipping always lets him down especially on Sundays (or maybe that's just when I tend to notice it).

It is usually on Sundays. Over here the greens tend to firm up, so by the Sunday, they are lightening quick.
It will benefit Lee playing over here week in week out, no doubt.
Hunter Mahan bogeys the 1st
Another birdie for Day Get in there! Only four back now.

I know. I always laugh then I watch golf on Sky and Mark Roe has a caption when introduced saying "Lee Westwood's short game coach". He's got the most wooden chipping action in the game!
Tiger coming to Amen corner.
I fed up waiting for my 3 bets to start, weather better not change
Bloody Lee and the last few holes. Again.
Anyone ever try to hit a shot out of pine straw? It's actally easier than the fairway if you're a high handicapper.

Yes it is. My best ecver golf shot was off of pine straw. I even called the shot to my playing partner before I made it.
Fairway bunkers are generally easy shots as well, unless you get to close to the lip.
Yeah I don't mind fairway bunkers either as long as it's a relatively flat lie.
Tiger at -3 now.
.............
Just saw that. I think Rose has just dropped on on the last.
No sign of Donald. Augusta is just to much of a struggle for him.
Gonzo, DJ and Sneds all -2!
Think I'm gonna go each way on a few players after the second round. A Tiger victory feels ominous.
Rose bogeyed the 17th. Donald is even par. But yeah he doesn't have the length to really contend here.
Day 1 under now. Good. Kaymer now two over after four. Wonder if he'll ever find his form again.
Kaymer wrecked his game in efforts to beat Augusta. He fades the ball, which tends not to work at this course. Same reason I wouldn't bet on somebody like McDowell.

Thanks for that. Just read it on the BBC. Sporting Life had got it as 18 at first.
Disappointing par on the 15th for Tiger. Should've had a good eagle look but overcut it and then couldn't get it up and down for birdie. Funny enough Donald is the only one in the group to birdie the 15th (his 3rd in a row, right after I said he he wouldn't be a factor ) it even though he had to lay up.
Day -3 Kaymer also gets one back. Happy times.
Why oh why did I not stick my sentimental quid on Sergio?!
Always had high hopes for Fowler but he hasn't delivered on his early promise as of yet. Really hope he can put something together this weekend and keep in contention because he's great to watch IMO.
Seen today with the double bogies and the eagle that his game can be pretty up and down but he's certainly got the ability to compete here. Although I'm actually of the opinion that his best hopes at cracking a major be over here at the Open Championship.
Vc,
How is he thought of over there? Frustrating?
Sergio will do his usual bottle job.
Hes like the spurs of the golfing world
