I'm not sure Ronnie v Judd will go all the way. I hope it does because it's by far the better semi-final but I think Ronnie is too strong for him.
Walden and Hawkins are first up today at 1000. Can't imagine too many people are overly-excited about that one again!

                     Yeah they are a bit.
As these two semis have been going on for the last two days, I can't help but think Ronnie or Judd will absolutely tear through their opponent in the final tomorrow and Monday.

RKW - there does seem to be an air of inevitability that the winner of the Ronnie/Judd match will be a convincing winner in the final. That's why I personally hope that Walden comes through, because of the 2 he has the tools to make it a decent final, and if he plays the match of his life, could maybe win it. With Hawkins, I think his story will be that he made the semis, because it's hard to envisage Ronnie/Judd playing as poorly as say Ding did in the QFs - Hawkins just doesn't have the tools over the 2 days to make a significant impact.
So Hawkins is the tip

Walden looks in prime position to win this semi-final. Hawkins has struggled throughout and it's not like he's just had a bad day or bad session, he's been poor right from the start up until present.

Walden and Hawkins at the mid-session interval. Walden leading 12-8, four more frames to play before they conclude the match tonight.
Ronnie v Judd at 1430.
