Team selection today really annoyed me!

Kind of agree but he wasn't the problem today - we created nothing in midfield, Parker was worse than useless.

Lennon should've been risked earlier imo.. where's Ade?

Get the feeling AVB is trying to "punish" BAE in some way.
Surely a simple "if you don't wake up and raise your effing game, you don't play" would suffice.

I do think Naughton is underrated tbh, more reliable than BAE anyway

Naughton is not a LB by trade.
If AVB feels BAE is faffing about, then he should be b-o-l-l-o-c-king the player to sort it.

Parker playing in that position was a joke. sig should of been playing today, someone that can score

AVB is showing that he has a lot to learn still

Not seen any of the game - thought it was an odd mine up as soon as I set eyes on it.

All week we've been arguing the merits of Hudd or Parker - I don't think anybody saw them both starting. One or the other for me, and definitely 70s over 60s.

What was clear was that it was 433 with Bale on the right, so Naughton rang alarm bells.

At the end of the day a draw isn't the worst result in the world, though with better teams selection it may have been better. If we win all three other than Chelsea I think it will be enough

Not if Arsenal win their last 3 it wont be .. we are again relying on others to help us out

We were very lucky not to lose.
In fact Wigan effectively punished themselves by conceding exactly the type of scrappy goal that bus parking often invites, rather than play more positively as the games suggests they could. It may cost them dearly this time.

Hudd-watch?

Full 90 on the board, assist for the OG is that right?

Not seen any of the game but did look on the app and saw he was head and shoulders the top passer, both overall and in the opposition half. Worthy if another start?

Hudd was our best player apart from bale, very close between them tho

"Hudd-watch?"

meh.

Very little of the pinging passes.
Distribution was slow in the 2nd half when it needed to be faster (compounded by Parker on the pitch too) .

Did the 90 though, as many thought he couldn't

@Hrh

I know it's not you buddy but that really irritates me.

Of course huddlestone can do the 90 minutes he is a professional football player and has done enough 90 minutes in his career.

Does anyone really think that if there was a player with a negative body mass index that a premiership club would employ said player.

Really annoyed to draw with Wigan they are down the bottom for a reason.

Onwards and upwards LLM - we never do it the easy way.

I just hope AVB stops making basic team selection errors, it is really starting to grate now and will ultimately do us in. That left side has been a sore point for nearly 2mths for me
