Wenger has sold his best players to his rivals, both of which have gone on to WIN the league. Clearing the stadium debt appears to be a much higher priority than winning the league.

I think there is, Wenger maybe doesn't want to sell players to balance the books or whatever.

Who has the say in how the club operate on the money side of things and how they want to control it, i doubt very much not Wenger.

Indeed, I don't think there is much difference, if you like what's happening, you stay, if you don't, you move on to new pastures, I understand that Wenger is in it for the long haul, which really goes to show that he's happy for the time being with not winning and just turning up to get the cash in the bank.
