To be fair a player who misses as many games as him through suspension can not be classed as elite.

Yep.Not a one trick pony but pony as a person innit?<laugh.

Completely disagree with you Dubbed. Would love him at Arsenal for footballwise. Unfortunately he couldnt control his emotions.

Exactly the player we need and should go for.

*for footballing reasons.

He's better than all our forwards, yes.
But bar mobility and workrate up front, what would he bring to Arsenal?

______________

can outplay defenders, tricky and is a player who run into defender. Would be glad alongside Giroud. If plan A dont work, play with plan B or a mix of it.

Exactly. Runs into defenders, then bundles them down. Might sneak a liver blow in as they're in midair.

If Suarez was an Arsenal player, without a doubt Arsenal fans would be stating, apart from his behaviour, footballing wise he's world class, better than RVP etc... A shame that some Arsenal fans are so deluded.

Suarez would be very good at Bayern, he might even improve their attack in a certain sense.

However, he's not the best striker in the world; he's probably not in the top 10, either, although I would suggest that he's not far off the top level.

Do we have this quality? Dont think so.

I agree with you about his dribbling, he just runs and waits for it to rebound off the player he's trying to get past most of the time.

Would love him here though, if he could cut out his shenanigans.

Quality player, not world class but not that far off.

Exactly SKA. He's a great player. And probably under the notch of world class.
But people list him down in the top 5 forwards in the world.
That's what irks me. He clearly doesn't belong in there.

His conversion rate isn't exactly brilliant from what I can remember either. Could be wrong though.

Wouldnt care about it to much.

I would love Suarez at Arsenal, his desire to win is second to none!

I don't think any Liverpool fan would say that he is the best striker in the world, simply because he is not a striker.

He played up top for us because we had noone else. Its not just goals that he brings to a side, although his record this season speaks for itself.

He is impossible to predict, and can quite literally create something from nothing. See the Norwich lob or him beating the entire United defence while stood on the byline to cross for Kuyt to score.

If he was at Barca or Real people would be swooning over him. Its just tribalism that clouds peoples judgement.

Exactly. That's what really stands out about him. His whole game is based on determination and doggedness. Great qualities. And though, his technique and ability is good, it's not outstanding.

He's not on Barca or Real level though. Never will be.

I don't think either Barcelona or Real Madrid would say no to a player of Suarez' level, though. Both could do a heck of a lot worse.

Real Madrid, maybe. Barca? Absolutely no chance.

If Higuain is Real level, then so is Suarez.

I wouldn't say that Barcelona have a tonne of better options up front than Suarez.

They have Messi then an old, scarcely used David Villa up top. Tell me if I'm missing someone but that doesn't seem like too much choice.
