I'm shocked by you GB

I'd love that, booed from all sides of the ground, a fitting punishment in my view.

Loco....im a loyal chap, and I absolutely hate disloyal people, hate them with a vegenance. Kenny stood by him, Brendan stod by him, us fans stood by him yet he STILL behaves like a spoilt brat who thinks he is the centre of the universe.

Time for Luis to go.
He doesn't want to be here any longer, so lets get rid.
Irrespective of how good he is, the goals he scores etc, hes said too much, too often, and should be helped through the door, preferably to a foreign club.
Not even too concerned about making a fortune on him, just get rid.

I feel sorry for you guys, you supported Suarez through thick & thin and how does he repay you? Kicks you in the teeth!!

He might be a great player, but he is not fit to lace the boots of Liverpool greats of the past like Dalglish, Hanson, Keegan, Hughes & Smith!!

Well said GB, you are not passionate about the probelem then.

Tipping point reached, never thought I'd see the day the unwavering Suarez supporters turned on him.

Those were all from a different generation though, and all were british and understood the traditions of the club, suarez is symptomatic of a lot of footballers nowadays who put their own career first above the club, clubs are quick to ship out players when they feel they no longer have their use, just nowadays players wield a bit more power.

If he doesn't leave they'll be back Blackbeard

This is no more than a bloke being dropped by a girl saying "I never liked her anyway"

Then when she phones back it's all luuuvy again

Blackbeard.....to me its like treason, turning on your teammates when they all stood by you; remember all the lfc players wearing suarez t-shirts, how does he repay them? Like a shtbag.

I hope carra says what he feels on sky, love to see the whole world listen to his thouhts on this.

Don't think any other set of fans will give him the benifit of doubt you guys have. Very good footballer, not such a good person.

Problem is genius, due to Liverpool's desperation to get back into the top 4, as a club, and as fans, we have consistently been apologists, and defenders of this player, due to the overall weakness of our squads over the last few years.
A successful, and strong Liverpool would have shipped him out a long time ago, but I'm afraid even now, some are still desperate for him to stay, and still defend his right to say the things he has over the last couple of months.
Bottom line is, irrespective of showing loyalty, and paying the club back for all the support they have shown him, last season he signed a four year contract, and shouldn't be opening his mouth full stop, nevermind constantly making insinuations regarding joining other clubs.
The player obviously wants out, so lets do all parties a favour, and get rid.

I wouldnt boo him I'd cheer his as loud as ever and I fully intend to do so if he's playing v celtic in Dublin on the 10th of august.

You've got to take anything a footballer says with a pinch if salt and not take it seriously. If you're this upset gb buy a ticket to his first game back and boo him, ranting on the Internet is just as bad as anything Suarez has said, all your gush about the club is just that gush if you really feel this way do something about about it

"A successful, and strong Liverpool would have shipped him out a long time ago"

rubbish

clubs ship out replaceable players in those circumstances but not top class

Rooney and Ronaldo repeatedly crapped on the 'good name' of United for years but Fergie kept them. Because they were top class and replacements not available.

That's just how it goes.

Ridiculous, the lad scored 30 goals for us last season, was the driving force behind all the good things we did last season.

Youre going way ott, the lads not local, signed for us when we wanted him, has always given everything on the pitch and could make us a big lump of profit. Yeah it's not great to hear him or other players wanting to move on but treason! Ridiculous

I think you've got to enter the real world a bit here. Of course fans are emotionally involved with the club, but for 99% of players it's not the same. Whatever anyone thinks of Suarez as a person, bottom line is that most players want to play at the highest level, and right now Liverpool are not at that level.

Loyalty doesn't come into it, and it's not as if Liverpool haven't benefited from Suarez playing for them. It's the fact that Suarez is such a key player that makes it difficult for Liverpool fans to see him want to leave - if he was struggling, the same fans would be saying, let's hurry up and sell him!

Shanks would have sent him packing after he refused Evra's handshake.

Its not rubbish at all Kaiser.
If our club, or should I say squad, was already in the top 4, contained more quality, and more than just one or two truly world class players, Suarez would have been on his way without the need to put in any kind of request.
The manager and club are desperate to keep him, due to the fact they know it is becoming increasingly hard to attract top class players to a club, who are consistently outside of europes elite competition.

rooney has been a bit of a kaant but ronaldo?

I also agree that certain ''gentlemanly conduct'' would have been insisted on and no way would a player become higher than the name of a club

Saying Shanks would have sent him packing is just pointless. There's no point harking back to the past - it's a different world to 30 years ago. The cops use to clip thugs round the ear, doesn't happen now. Look at Fergie at Aberdeen compared to recently - he's had to change the way he treats players.

Liverpool need to make it clear - if an offer of a minimum amount comes in, then Suarez can be sold, if not then he stays. Simple as that and end of. If he stays and still produces the goods, the fans will be happy - that is the world we live in today.

Fair point well made as they say

----

But do we really want our game to carry on this way? They used to say no player is bigger than the club now it's commonplace for players to dump on the club that supported them, and the system as it stands supports this, great shame for what used to be a working mans and players game.

posted on 9/7/13

Kinsang.....Yes I get that, but there is a way of doing it. Suarez is doing it the wrong way, I dont find the fact he wants to leave a problem; its the way hes done it.

Scurrying around in uruguay and mouthing off, why couldn't he speak to the club at Anfield, you know front up with a bit of dignity. Face it, he gone about it as a coward would of, miles away from a face to face meeting.....fkn weasel.
