If England play a forward orientated game they are capable of beating Australia. The down side is though we will have to beat the Aussie's twice. If we play a tight forward game up the middle we can beat them.

I thought when Mcnamara became coach we had no chance but that guys passion for the job is second to none if he can get half that passion into the squad which I think he can England will win the World Cup thats why I got my early bird tickets for the final because I have faith I want to be part of history

ive always thought we can match them in the forwards, its just the halfbacks, wings, fullback etc where we get overun. I guess we will only have to beat them once(the final or semi)dnt know how the draw will work with nz, will be really gutting if it was nz who beat us in the final

For the sake of the sport as a whole, I believe Eng/GB need to win a meaningful comp at some point.

It'd be good to see RL become more of a balanced sport, not just an overwhelming domination by one hemisphere.

Right now it's not rated by serious sponsors, in my opinion.

Don't get my post wrong, i really follow the game and want nothing but the best. A real international tussle and comp with all teams capable of winning is a must.

The way the Burgess bros . are playing GB could be a good outside bet .

I reckon England are worth a small wager to lift the world cup. I myself shall have a small bet on them to win it.

I think England could win the World Cup, given only New Zealand and Australia are the only other realistic contenders presumably...
