....let's hope Halves is in a good mood today!!
The first two facts were amusing. After that, it was too, err, factual, to force a smile.
£2m a month on wages. Seems almost impossible yet, at the same time, highly likely.
There's unfortunately very little to joke about your recent plight that hasn't already been done to death
I'd imagine your firesale has seen the monthly losses reduced somewhat though, so £2m might be old news
"rotund pie-eater and physical comedy exponent David Dunn"
That made me chuckle.....
I thought it was quite funny
Very good 666.
It’s like Marie Curie FC announcing a sponsorship deal with Marlboro.
....and hats off to 666 for only the briefest mention of chickens. That's some herculean self-discipline.
Whilst most of what goes on at Blackburn seems to be somewhat tragic, one of the most comical things I've ever witnessed was that chicken running around the goal mouth wearing a Rovers bandana.....
I'm easily pleased. (it's why I remain a Derby fan)
Quite clever really 666. I was amused anyway. And my conclusion after all the problems Blackburn have suffered is that it will most likely be a Derby win, though the players will have to be a lot more interested than they were against W. Brom.
Shebby Singh, nor the Venky's have come out with any stupid comments. I thought that might of got a mention in your article, but they are that stupid that they may well think if they don't say anything, everything will all be Ok again. Instant promotion and Champions league football will be around soon. Beckham, Ronaldinhio, ahh they were the days.
Yeah - like the effort but...it kinda fell a bit flat after the first few although "Rovers’ first manager of the season will be Gary Bowyer." is always a funny (if unfortunately true line). He did win Manager of the Year last season, sorry that should have read Rovers' Manager of the Year.
Whats happening at Derby - haven't kept up to date at all. Hard to get myself motivated for Rovers this season let alone scout the other teams.
....let's hope Halves is in a good mood today!!

Ha, staying out of this one. I'm sure it was very good, but see the last line of the previous post.
....the Barry Bannan (Do-Doo, do-do-do) deal could be dead in the water, according to BBC Lancashire
It seems as though it's Bannan who cannot agree personal terms. I was a little surprised we were letting him go, if I'm honest, but knowing Lambert I expect him to sign for you guys. Am sure things will get sorted with a small tweak.
thanks, it med mi deh, especially the Marlboro comment; I always appreciate the talent of a whimsical writer, cheers and have a good season
