How can you call children of men overrated? Especially with that login, as if every film needs every lose end resolved in order to be good
It's implied that the baby makes it and then Dylan cares for it because the mother dies...
Agree with you on 21 Jump Street - a lot funnier than I thought it was going to be.
Similarly, I thought 'Year One' was unbelievably underrated. I got dragged into watching it by some friends, and after seeing most reviewers tear it to shreds, I wasn't expecting much....actually turned out to be one of the funniest films I'd seen in a long-time.
In terms of overrated, the Dark Knight Rises was good, but the amount of flaws and plotholes was pretty irksome.
I've never met a single person that agrees with me on this one, but I never really thought Anchorman was very funny at all.
I also watched Green Mile the other day, and there weren't any flaws in it, or anything of that ilk, but I just thought 'You sit here for 3 hours and then the ending just bums you out....' Not that it's not well constructed, but does anyone actually enjoy that sort of film?'
Underrated: Goal 1, 2 and 3.

Not seen Avatar, but the other two are great
Finally someone who can't stand Tim Burton films as well.
Also finally someone who I agree with regarding The Warrior.
Ip Man isn't underrated. It's a classic already.
I think I hate you for your take on No Country for Old Men, Children of Men and Cabin in the Woods.
Kikujiro is underrated.
And I don't care what anyone says, John Carter is fantastic!
GOAL!?!! Surely, you cannot be Serious?!!
Finally someone who agrees that No Country For Old Men is a pile of gimmicky wánk
Not sure if its underrated but Ong-Bak is a great martial arts/action film
Films are completely subjective. For instance, I watched the Hangover in the cinema when it first came out and was crying with laughter throughout the whole thing (as was most of the cinema I might add)
Anchorman is a masterpiece of comedy. Worried about the sequel though.
Man on fire such an overrated boring piece of crap
Ong-Bak is class. Best not to speak of the sequels...
Santiago Munez's story is a real tearjerker.
Oh and taken arguably to worst movie ever it's so poor but so many people think it's amazing it's balls
I saw the Hangover on DVD, and the entire time i was thinking how did this out-do Beverley Hills Cop.
them guys got nothing on Axel Foley!!
''Phil, Phil, is that you? Hey mannnn..''
Watch 'Old boy' very good underrated film
Denzel Washington is such an overrated boring piece of crap *
There, fixed that for you.
the Ong-Bak sequels were so bad
That one with the elephants and the giant steroids blokes
^Spoke too soon; apparently someone agrees with me on Anchorman! And I also thought Inception was a little overrated (as South Park says 'just because something's overly complicated and convolute, doesn't make it cool' ), but thought I'd already labelled enough popular films overrated.
I think the expectations and hype surrounding a film greatly affect how much you're going to enjoy it. Don't think I've ever really enjoyed a film that gets touted as 'film of the year' or something along those lines.
Over-rated films - Films hipsters decide are too popuoar thus hate them.
Under-rated films - Films hipsters think they are the only ones to see, thus big up.
Hello don't think old boy is underrated it's just nit been seen by enough people, foreign language cinema has been consistently better the English speaking cinema for the guts of a decade particulary Spanish, south Korean and lots of French films and Aldo Japanese horror
stop jumping on the bandwagon DJ
I had that opinion before it was cool
