Great point for both teams. Lets face it, that was the only way it was going to be played out, ruined by being so early in the season. Neither manager was going to go for it.

We were poor. Wasnt happy with any of our attacking front 4. They were pants. Our defence especially Terry were rock solid. Terry still our best CB for me

Schurrle was worse than Torres/ba in CF and average on the wing.

Mr C if it wins you a title.... although just make sure Mourinho doesn't play so depressingly against us at home I can't take another big disappointment like that game.

7, I'm disappointed by tonight. Not because of the result but because of how our players didnt put up a fight, especially the front 4. Kept getting beaten to the ball time and time again. you had the better of the midfield and had the better of the chances. We were solid in defence I thought but a shambles upfront.

Schurrle up front was a curve ball,that came back to beat us,but the point was deserved through defending well.

Just a wee bit of tinkering from the happy one,to keep us chattin.Mata should be on from the get go imo.

I am surprised by Chelsea fans responses. Yes mourinho played a dull defensive game but that's why he always does, did you expect different. Last season all Chelsea fans were crying out for just wins even if it's boring now mourinho is getting results you want exciting football. If mourinho does want to play exciting football it will take time for him to fully establish himself again.

I am happy at that result, Hazard was poor by his standards again we missed Mata today.

United were just as defensive as Chelsea and the home team but took no risks tio win the game whatsoever,,,,,,,,,,,

Miles better night for Chelsea than United

from what I saw Chelsea let United knock it about 35-50 yards out and looked to counter and shut down anything closer than that.

Their counters were crap but they managed to shut it down in the final 3rd defensively.
