Get yourselves an Ego style battery from vapeescape.com or similar online store. Add an Evod clearomizer and buy liquid. I prefer higher quality liquids from from Tjuice. Don't bother with the cig looking type ones. You can get evod kits online. If you are quitting cigs stock up on liquids and parts (you need to replace the coil in the clearomizer every now and then). Been vaping for 6 months and I prefer it to smoking now.

i gave up alcohol many years ago and wel and truely over that and know will never touch a drop ever again ( was no were near an aloholic ) but didnt agree with me final starw was lost half a lug one night and still dunno how lol

I am off the sauce since 2009,and like you I was not an alcho,but a bit mad on it,especially when younger.
Having a baby girl to look after sobered me up too.

My Da got cancer in 2009 as well,so I wanted a clear head to deal with that.

No drink,drugs,cigs............and am married 13 yrs,so the jiggy jiggy is rare.

And that is why I am on here.

truth be told i quite like this lady ( my mates sister ) ... ( and naw he don't know yet ) and she is clean living and planning to her ask her oot soon so time i got the last bad habit i got gone as well so the incentive is there so that boosts my chances
