for obiwon...read 38years... cant work out how to change that!!!
ITS JUST CHANGED IT ITSELF.... SPOOKY...
if Clark does go, ( which i dont think he will ) there really is not much out there to be honest .
presumably "we" would be looking for a manger with solid promotion credentials and not another young up and comer right?
so who does that leave
below is a list of managers from the LMA ,
http://www.leaguemanagers.com/managers/movers.html?seasonid=141
unless we can temp someone to leave another club personally i think the market looks thin on the ground
I thionk Mark Robins could fit the bill
Pointless article. The only situation in which Clark will leave would be if Newcastle came in for him (not gonna happen this season) or if HTAFC are in the bottom half of the table come Xmas. Or if we fail to get promotion at the end of the Season.
Last season we did great and were unlucky to fall at the final hurdle. I firmly believe we will go up as Champions next season.
Keep the faith.
Good Article Wethers .. and yet can anyone offer any answers to the questions below ..
Why Would he go .. ?
Where Might He go .. ?
Who May Be Interested in him .. ?
And Why .. ?
The final one Mnty will possibly reply ~ Unbeaten run ~ Two seasons into the playoffs .. and hey on paper as a potential C V that don't look too bad ..
You scratch the surface tho ~ and not too deeply & there's NO WAY any fair, reasonable minded person could conclude, it was anything other than ~ riding on the back of a Major Sugar Daddy called Dean ..
Rumour has it Cardiff City are interested in Lee Clark.
Can't see Clark getting pushed, as we are already naming targets!
No one is saying Clark will get pushed, The thread is if Clark is poached.
I dont think he will be, But as someone has said, and as the lovey dovey brigade state, We have seen year on year improvment under him, With a decent win ratio and with a reputation of playing good football,,
But as most of us know, Who are not afraid to be called non supporting, negative fans who should not bother going,, There is a much bigger picture to look upon.
Yes it has been far better than Ritchie and Terrible Ternant, But they did not have the backing of Hoyle.
Best case scenario for myself would be for Clark to be poached to a job he cannot say no to, And for Dean to be compensated.
Sorry Satan did, But was the wrong man at the right time,
On paper, Stats wise Clark could look like a good prospect to other chairman !
Are Blackpool interested in Mr Clark?
Don't care where he is poached from, as long as he goes, he's clueless!
I agree in relation to good managers being 'thin on the ground'. I'd love to see Martin O'Neil take on the challenge of getting our great club to higher planes!
Mr Hoyle should pick up the phone! A faint heart never won fair maiden!
I think LC is on his way out...inquest on another failure well under way with DH...expect DH is in negotiation with a new managerial target by now, to be announced in next couple of weeks. If it was MY money, I'd be saying he's had enough time already...it's not as if we are waiting for youth to mature and develop, he's bought in experienced players to do one job, secure promotion...and as we know, this has failed...twice..make your own mind up.
