Ox does have quicker feet than Walcott and is all round better technically but i'd still prefer Walcott at the moment as experience is key
Think it was quite evident against west brom that we miss Theo's pace.
Ox has theo's pace (almost) plus much much more.
No way the same threat in terms of goals and assists.
Why have lost of people here gone back to hating Walcott again?
Remember how he was our top scorer last season?
I know it's not important, but please don't write it 'Cathorla'. I can't help but have an image of him running around in a nuns habit.
I dunno, spelling his name like that might actually get people to pronounce it properly.
It's not Cazzzzzorla!
Ox is not better than Walcott yet. Outstanding young player but he isn't going to out-shine Walcott just yet. He still has alot to learn. His current injury is evidence of that. It was his inexperience that put him on the physio couch.
I remember the challenge that done the damage, can't remember which player he was up against but pace or not, he was never going to get to that ball first and clean. Where he should have just checked slightly and allowed the opposition the ball then immeadiately pressure and maybe nick it. He put his head down and ploughed straight into some 6ft odd chunk of a player and got himself flattened and injured.
Having done this himself plenty of times early on, Theo has now generally mastered how not to let defenders flatten him with his own pace. He wouldn't have made that mistake.
Just an example that though he's a great talent, his inexperience is still a massive weakness. For now he needs to be doing exactly what AW has him doing. Please stop trying to rush him to football greatness. Jeez Walcott hasn't even realised his full potential yet and you're already trying to push Ox's. Patience man, patience
