I'm going to be honest - the only reason I clicked in to this article was because I thought the title said Buying a horse.
There always seems to be something that goes wrong during the run up to moving in/securing everything.
ive nae idea, my faither in law bought ma hoose as a wedding gift
i would also never rent any hoose/flat either
