too weaken another PL team
We're talking Bournemouth here not a top 4 team.
Also wouldnt it have been best served if Chelsea left him out on loan ?
He's not going to be playing against them and he developed a good understanding in Bournemouth's defense.Could have done some damage to Chelsea's competitors.
Same thing happened to us in January.We brought back a player on loan who was playing consistently for his club.Is he now going to play consistently for us ?
No chance.
Most be frustrating for the player to have no option once the parent club calls.
