You only need to watch Lichesteiner for 2 minutes to see why he couldn’t get a game earlier in the season. Sokratis has been decent but having those 2 oldies in the team just makes me uncomfortable

Brighton need to get their act together and stop showing them so much respect.
As Southampton showed they are still very vulnerable
I commented on another article that Emery has actually done so well this season considering what makes up our defense.

Emery’s teams have always been vulnerable defensively. Unless you give him by far the best team in France where the opposition cannot get the ball.
Torreira and Guendouzi signings this summer at least give us hope. Kolasinac has looked great as has Bellerin In spurts.
A couple of center backs and a winger is not too much to ask.
