The slow motion replay makes it look like the ball is going slower than it is for some reason.

Yep I think they are trying to embarrass the goalkeeper here. If they show real speed the ball was far too quick for him to catch.

To be fair to the keeper the ball was speeding up and slowing down at the same time

I remember that Roberto Carlos freekick against Barthez that looked unstoppable when I saw it live but when you slowed it down to ultra slow motion, then Barthez actually had about 10 seconds to get across and stop it in the slow mo replay but for some reason he was far too slow to get across to it.

Have Dortmund ever had a quality keeper? Seems to be a position they’ve not be able to get right, especially when compared to the quality they’ve had outfield.

True - and by the third or fourth replay you'd think the keeper would know which way the ball was going to swerve. But, no, he continues to be beaten, even to this day.

I can see the logic of unleashing Sancho in the 2nd half to take advantage of Bayern's tired legs, but that is hardly the mindset I would expect of a title-challenging manager. Especially at home.
