Gervinho trailed his leg on purpose and flopped to the floor, it was a dive.
He raised his hands to Bartons face which is a straight red.
Barton should have gone too however for acting like he did but then so should Song have gone earlier.

Gervinho WAS clipped and it was probably a penalty, but if you slap a player you get sent off, even if it is handbags. Barton should have been sent off for manhandling Gervinho around the neck, dragging him up.
