Typical GB article, but a lot of what he says is right. I sometimes feel that he isn't taken seriously, when he makes some good points.
Well done GB

Absolutely we have every reason to be optimistic for the 2nd half of the season.
I don't expect us to be in the title mix in the last 10 games, but I will now be disappointed if we don't finish top 4, when at the start of the season I still thought that was unlikely.
Righteous....whisper it, but I actually do think we will be in the title mix..IF...IF, we add quality signings this jan.
LFC will finish 5th.
I realise that's not what you want to hear but it's the probable outcome. MUFC will probably end up 4th - but LFC will likely hold off THFC & EFC for 5th.
LFC have no experience of challenging for anything. Even Spurs have players with experience of a Top 4 race. Plus LFC have no real depth in their roster.
One thing in Liverpool's favour is hosting MCFC, AFC & CFC in the second half of the season. But Arsenal always win at Anfield and the other teams usually avoid defeat at least.

Gerrard, Agger, Skrtel, Lucas, Sturridge, Suarez, Johnson, Sakho all have experience of challenging at the top of leagues, so thats rubbish for a start.
You could make the same positive article about maybe 7 or eight teams..............................your post are worded differently but basically spout the same nonsense.
Everyone knows Liverpool are having a good season but your only a loss or two from sitting in 6 or 7. Your talking title push when your only a injury to (number 7) away from a collapse .

What?!? Johnson, Agger, Toure, Skrtel, Suarez, Gerrard, Coutinho, Sturridge, Sakho, Cissokho, Lucas...
Yes like our collapse during Suarez ban of losing one of ten games.
0-5.
All I am interested in is our team. What I find surprising is that, with the month a quarter gone already, not even a sniff of a signing. The Press are reporting that it is unlikely that either Tello or Salah will be signed this month and that Brendan isn't going to buy until the summer.
The question is therefore, assuming we don't buy, have we got the necessary talent/number of players to get us over the line at or near the top come May? Brendan has repeatedly said we aren't big enough, squad-wise.
What do you reckon people, can we make it with who we already have?

Maybe Liverpool's home form is so good BECAUSE no top teams have gone there yet.
Does anyone else think this?
Sinister by name sinister by nature. Seriously though.....what complete utter bolox!!!!!
So 5yrs ago lfc didnt compete for the title? We didnt compete vs europes best for the cl in 2005? Suarez...sakho...sturridge...coutinho all played for trophies and league titles.
Sinister....you sire, is a nob!
Jtr.....if we dont strengthn in jan then 4th place is all we can probably hope for

Gerrard & Agger are finished. Skrtel & Lucas are just complimentary parts - they don't provide any real value.
Sturridge & Johnson are CFC rejects - they didn't play a part in their title tilts - and Sakho was a back-up defender at PSG. Suarez couldn't get Ajax to win the title, they did place 2nd in 2010, but that was just the Dutch league anyway.

Are you an 8 year old?
wow 0-5........good one.
I love how any optimistic article attracts clowns.
That Sinister is a right idiot
Makes a wild claim, gets handed numerous players in opposition to his claim and then does a Vicky Pollard yeah but no but they don't even count or somfing or nofing.
Ah.....ok. Looks like lfc are lucky to be in 4th, wait until we play the big sides away, sure to drop down the league then.......HOLD ON A MO!!!!!
