Barca minus Messi are rubbish.
MCFC would pummel them - it wouldn't even be fair, it would literally just be Neymar & Fabregas vs the City XI.
With Messi, it'll be close and Barca will make it by a goal or two. Let's not forget, that Barca in their prime only KO'd AFC 4-3, thanks to a crazy red card & a Bendtner botch.

Man City have been drawn against Barcelona and in his last 12 meetings with the Catalan giants, the best Manuel Pellegrini has mustered from his spells at Villarreal, Real Madrid and Malaga in this period is two draws.

Neymar & Fabregas would - that's why I name checked them - but the others are either over-rated or over the hill (or both).
Xavi and Iniesta have always been shockingly over-rated but, in the last 18 months, they haven't even lived up to their usual standards. Iniesta in particular has been appalling.
Pedro and Sanchez are good little players but neither are game-changers. Sanchez can't pass and Pedro is just a poor man's Walcott.
I'm guessing you were joking about Busquets. He's one of the least talented footballers I've ever seen. A limited version of Scott Parker.
We thrashed Barca' 3-0 under Pel, I remember Forlan scored twice.
Hardly anyone has a great record vs Barca- easier for other managers as well because they do it by negative tactics which there's nothing wrong with, Pel always tried to play.
