I've been beating the Draxler drum before anybody on here, I want him more than a striker and there was I time I believed Wenger would realise the importance of a big name signing to lift the squad and do anything to get him. After listening to his pre and post match pressers, I see ZERO chance of that happening. If you can't handle reality then fair enough.

Too many sources are reporting this one for there not to be at least some truth in it. If I had to guess I'd say we're trying to arrange a pre-contract for the summer
Kamran, that could well happen. Was sure we'd sign him in the Summer anyway, was just hoping after Theo's injury, we would bring it forward. My guess is that the fee Schalke will sell him to us in Summer and the fee they would sell him to us now is too wide apart for Wenger to authorise splashing out on.
Arsenal are already spent over £40mil in this season...i'm not sure what would the shareholders say for spending another £40mil when the team is doing very well..
