You had us down as genuine title contenders around Christmas, as many expected we fell short in the big tests. Unfairly you might argue, nonetheless we were shown to be top 4 contenders.

That remains the case in my opinion regardless of yesterday's result. I still believe, currently there's three teams who'll finish above us.

Nothing wrong of course with aiming for those in front of us. We always should but cementing that 4th spot is the priority.

If we drop points at Fulham will you come back telling us its all about 4th? Probably.

I'm a bit worried about the Fulham match. We tend to lose our concentration in matches like these.

I think we definitely will catch them , they have a hard run of fixtures and I think we will end up 3rd . Not to say we can't get close to the title , no one will fancy coming to anfield now !

I think the cfc and city matches are bound to be key, think they both take place in march. Win those 2 and we may even be top!!

They are in the last 5 games of the season you mug.

Both in April ,which means we should still be there or thereabouts with only a few games to go

We should be going out with the view that every game is the one that's going to win us the title. They're all 'must win', we have to have that mindset.

There's 2 games in it between the top 4, everyone is vulnerable, so winning the title is attainable, not wishful thinking.

Team Got_Better aren't aiming for third! That's classed as defeatist. We want the title, champions league and world cup titles this year, not to mention winning the Bob-sleigh in the Olympics.

Catch Arsenal? Do you mean in terms of Twitter followers?

Well, Liverpool currently have 2.2m followers. Arsenal are the most followed PL team with 3.4m followers. LFC have a long way to go. #GoodLuckWithThat

Probabilities. It is possible,if not probable that we will drop points in the remaining 13 games. I think it is more probable than possible that the three above us will drop points. I wasn't entirely surprised to see city drop points, I fancied our chances against the Gooners, Chelsea are on a roll, but they all have to meet both top and bottom clubs. It's the latter who are fighting for their lives; they are the main ones to do the damage on the top three. I'm not tempting providence here, but with United being out of it - 9 points behind, 13 games to go, our main challengers remain to be Spurs and Everton. I do not envisage United getting into top four. On yesterday's display they've all got problems.

One game at a time, batter the opposition, move on to the next game.

That actuallyy sounds about right, goooners being the biggest twitterers

It's an interesting point about the bottom half sides

I think pretty much all of them are flirting with relegation all the way up to 10th so they'll all treat every match like a cup final

The Twitter Trophy can go alongside the Emirates Cup as a sign of progression.....oh, hold on a minute, I've just remembered they haven't had that one for a few years either
