That's the way it has been in cricket I guess, rather most of the sports. Hence Harsha is an exception, guy is an Engineer graduate from top place, never played even semi-professional cricket in his life but does the job well.
Holding and Atherton are my favourites. Sky's team are miles ahead of any other channel especially the farce of Australia's channel 9 team who seem to think they should be on air to discuss their own personal lives and rib each other.
