This is the deadline date for paying the £1.8m tax debt.
Forest were granted until July 28 to settle it.

Old news

And yet Forest still haven't paid. Strange way to do business.
Forest fans talk as if this is normal. How many of you wait for a court date before paying your phone bill, electric bill, gas bill, water bill or Rent Boy Monthly subscription.
It's cost Forest fees every time this happens and make companies very wary of doing business.
A stroke of genius by Derby to limit Forest to 2000 tickets earlier this year otherwise we'd be waiting for double what they owe us.

Guess which Derby fan isn't very interested in his own team but is quite obsessively with his rival? You're the one who has had a Ilkeston Rams flag made with 5-0 on it aren't you?

Genuine question though Wum-ing aside, is this just Fawaz's way of doing business I'm so rich I'll pay when the court tells me to pay or a hangover from Billy's assault on the Forest administration, has Fawaz made any statements about getting any admin staff in place?

Even if you seem able to pay it all off it does seem odd that you wouldn't sort it out as a matter of urgency.

Doesn't seem to have stopped any dealings in the transfer window so assume other clubs don't see it as an issue. If the Germans are happy to do business with him then there can't be a problem!

2W, we still haven't got a CEO in place although the process is supposed to be ongoing and it gets mentioned by SP and BE on occasion. Apparently there is someone in place from Fawaz's business who's doing some CEO type work in the mean time.

In other words have no idea, he's clearly not sure of a bob or two. Hopefully will improve quickly when CEO appointed.

Must add that @RamsRedsBanter account pops up all the time on #nffc but is rarely ever remotely funny, it's just inane or puerile generally.

I doubt it Rameses, last time we offered them 4000+ tickets they couldn't sell them!

Disgusting club, in turmoil, and run by a idiot who should stick to camel-herding and selling fridges.

You seem more bitter than usual today, did the nurse remember to give you your medication

Afraid not Ray, you bought 4,228 from an allocation of 4,375.

I distinctly remember it well. Unsold tickets for your cup final

So, correct me if I'm wrong.

Some individual or partnership/company has been driven to go to the courts to impel this club to settle a debt/invoice/transaction because this club has not paid?

Aforementioned individual/partnership/company will still have to pay a fee to ask courts to compel club to pay what they are owed?

Aforementioned 'club' will probably cough up but why take it this level and cause angst and anxiety to petitioner?

Disgusting state of affairs or have I got it all wrong?

4228 is more than 4000. So we would have sold 4000, so what's your problem? 😄

We offered Derby just over 2000 last September. They bought 1950.
Terrible away support.

"Vulnerable adult Derby fans" seem more vitriolic today. It's almost like they bought a good player with all their transfer kitty and then something bad happened.

It's a shame for the player but who I think is talented but they are now grabbing at any glimmer of negativity they can. The reason?.........

They are no longer relevant!

Florest are back - usurping the West Bum boys.

We missed ya...

Ok I meant. "vulnerable adult and vulnerable juveniles"

Have you been having a tiff with the baggies to vent your inferiority complex?

I thought I explained if you want to actually WIN the "biggest club" argument you could try your luck with the Rotherham or Brentford boys.

Baggies will see you coming and take advantage..... A bit like their board did over gorgeous George.

We laid that one to rest with the use of stats DR, some were a tad upset it didn't go in their favour
