The Second goal was not offside and had Suarez touched the ball for the first then it would have been, but he did not and therefore not offside.
I think Liverpool's performance has been somewhat overrated. They were the better side and desired to win the game, but I would not call it an impressive performance. They played better than a very poor mentally shot Arsenal side.
The extra man certainly showed, and of course bringing on two quality players like Raul and Suarez was going to had a positive effect - Liverpool looked dangerous once they came on and Carroll went off.
Arsenal coped pretty well at the back with Liverpool not looking that likely to score either. Well played on getting the win, but I think Liverpool will really need to up their game if they're going to get top 4.

i am pretty sure Liverpool will up their game
i firmly believe liverpool will improve and secure 5th.
It's hard to see a route back for Aquilani the way this Liverpool side are currently purring along.
The battle for fourth will be very interesting. At this moment in time, one might say Liverpool are looking the strongest candidates to pick up fourth - I expect the top 3 to stay as it was - however, it will be interesting what happens transfer wise at Spurs and Arsenal. I think the one ede Arsenal have over the other two is that Wenger has never finished outside top 4.

Well, I watched the game on LFCTV at 6.00 and personally thought Liverpool were all over Arsenal in both halves.
The second goal was not offside and those saying the first was are daft. It was an own goal off two Arsenal players!
