Not sure how it works if he signs on a permanent, he'll obviously have to renegotiate
He's on £300k a week?! Blimey, that's Rooney'esk money
Questionable whether Utd really need a striker but I'm not sure there's a team on the planet that Falcao wouldn't improve.
That said, it's a bit similar to Arsenal when they signed Ozil - as a rival fan I'd have been more concerned by them throwing money at a CD and a CM.
Still, looking forward to seeing Falcao in the EPL. Even if it is at Utd.

But is he actually on £300k? People forget that Monaco's tax laws are different. For example being paid £300k a week here is about the same as £150k or so a week over there.
Ill be honest, I was hoping for Vidal before a Di maria or falcao, also a commanding centre half, but I won't lie, i'm chuffed to bits to have these two.

EB - do you think this signals the end for RVP? At 31 he's not exactly bench material.
he's due for an op on his knee apparently which could keep him out for a good chunk of the season

Doubt that's true, someone will be paying ridiculous money for him then if he comes over here.
Also Borini could be going QPR supposedly we accepted a £13m offer for him.

I think this means there is some truth to the rumour that RVP has been playing with an injury for a while now, and needs an operation.
Chico has gone, and Welbeck seems to be on his way (no idea why), so we'll only have Rooney and a half fit RVP.
He's on taxable equivalent of £450k per week
United are paying £300k a week and his old club picking up the balance
Who know what wages players are paid.
It shows however top players are still interested in coming to United/working with the manager.
Even if they pay 300k a week for Falcao, shows they have the money to fall within FFP
Wish Everton had the dough
