I doubt Wenger will start Welbeck in his debut. Will prob come on as sub. I can see Sanchez or even Sanogo starting upfront.

I reckon this too. Rambo's ankle and Jack having had a decent few games means I think Wenger plays this.

And of course Ozil on the left even though he clearly doesn't play well there.

I actually find it almost impossible to dislike Aguero, which is quite distressing.

I don' t think he'll be risked from the off, maybe on the bench to be used if we need him. Wenger claimed its something serious but I don't think he'll want to aggrivate it just in case.

I'd prefer a CM of Arteta and Wilshere right now, playing 4-1-4-1 against City is basically suicide

not bothered about ramsey missing out.would be handy as a sub.Aguero starting is what will make the game totally different from the community shield match.

We need a huge game from our defence.i wounder would wenger bench Mert and play Chambers instead.

I actually want us to play the highline.The only players with real pace are Aguero and maybe nasri and yaya. Pin them back and eventually get a few lucky goals.

Excellent news, nice spot. Hopefully he'll be in the squad then in which case I think he'll take Wilshere's spot in the middle alongside Arteta.

Aguero is agile. Wouldn't call him fast. Nasri is most definitely more fast. And though Toure is hard to stop when he gets going. I wouldn't call him pacy either.

our passing has been awful, especially ramsey and sanchez, but Alexis has been great in the last 2 games.Wilshere is a must.Him and Arteta have passed the ball better when they have played.

I would start Chambers over Mert and play the high line.Doubt Arsene would make such a move though.

I think we will start with Navas, if Monreal plays he will have a workout.

Why would you want to play a high line with your slow defence and players like Silva, Nasri and Aguero picking you apart? These are players who play with speed and movement and it will cost them little to break a high line - Yaya can pick a run too!

Rosicky should play. Great player.
