Everyone always quotes that stat but fails to mention that he was better than 1 in 2 for Milan

Lambert is a lone striker, especially with players around him,
Well he is probably more capable of playing lone striker than Balotelli anyway. But then again at Southampton he had another striker in Rodriguez to compliment him. Plus at a top level pace, skills etc are usually essential for the lone striker role. Good as Lambert is he is not that kind of player.
Sterling is taking some grief on the pitch, been caught late plenty of times after playing the ball
