He reminds me of both Hazard and Suarez. Very much built for this league.
Sanchez is the same body strength and style that Reyes had. And Jose was bullied out of the premier league. There was no certainty that Sanchez wouldn't go the same way after losing confidence at Barca.
But thankfully Alexis is a street fighter unlike Reyes. He has an attitude abt him like Saurez. Fantastic buy.
And I'd play him behind the striker (while Ozil is out).
Surprised because he's never had an opportunity to express himself at Barca maybe?
His work rate is what shocked me the most, just so incredible.
We all knew he was a good player, but now we have him and i watch him every week, i'm seeing how much of a workhorse he is as well as a technically good player. He's going to be a handfull for any defender.

when reyes joined us he was puny and got bounced around easily. he was no where near the same physicality of sanchez even if I would say technically he was a better player.
sanchez is also more mature having been round europe, reyes was still on his mums teat when he came to arsenal.
also reyes got bullied by henry and that destroyed him
He needs to be the main man to shine, never was a standout barca always overshadowed by others. If he plays at arsenal off the striker he'll become a club legend

Yeah agree on that. I knew that he has a special talent but didnt know he work as hard as he does currently. Amazing and unexpected. What a player we have at our hand.
More like suarez and you know it.
admit it dubbed.
I'd say he's similar to both of em actually. He has the dribbling and low centre of quality of Hazard. And the work rate, busy style and sharp creativity of Suarez.
At Barca he was always given the message that he was not the main man. At Arsenal he clearly is our main man enjoying a free role, and this has boosted his confidence. He is very intelligent, and a team needs a player like that, very difficult to contain. His second goal against Sunderland was a result of sheer persistence where other strikers would have assumed the keeper has the ball under control.
Not only that dubbed, when he isnt busy harassing defenders and building up play he is in the channels or the no 9 position waiting for the through ball just like suarez.
He is the same height as hazard ill give you that too.
It's actually unbelievable how many chances he creates just by hurrying the defenders into mistakes in the final third. Welbeck has a good work rate too, as do Ox and Walcott, if they can all synchronise together we could get a lot of goals through mistakes from opposition defenders
"And I'd play him behind the striker (while Ozil is out)".
Whilst Sanchez is playing so well, and Ozil so half-hearted, then I see no point in moving or replacing Sanchez just to justify Ozil's purchase.

That is actually we miss. We dont penetrate and being direct enough especially at home against teams who play deep.
We were rampant in the final 20 min yesterday creating havoc on the Burnley defenders. We need more of that.
I'll admit I'm surprised. Thought he'd be decent enough, but not that he'd be scoring every week.
Still cant understand why Wenger dropped him against spurs.
Arsene said yesterday Sanchez is at his best central, so behind the striker. If Ozil doesn't start performing by the end of the season, bin him and play Sanchez there permanently.
The guy is an animal, very few players with his level of talent have that kind of workrate.
