Old Rangers the resurrection.
It means creditors will get around 14p in the pound but if HMRC loses the appeal that will rise to around 25p.
I expect Sons of Struth will issue a statement saying the cash should go to newco because big boys came and caused all the trouble in the first place.
I know nothing of this kinda thing, but does that mean willow tea room will get their two grand?

It means they will either get £280 or £500 depending on HMRC appeal result.

No more Tigers in the boardroom then
Irvine is that not dependent on settlement, says it's still uncertain from what I gather?
Any statements from cb confirming said settlement?
Yu're obviously the guy to ask
Last I heard CB had agreed out of court settlement, I'm not aware of any update to that position.
