I was under the impression that perhaps a few members of the Celtic board would engage in a civilised conversation about the subject.
Didn't know everyone of you would be so upset about the revelation that the SPL is píss poor in comparison to the EPL.
ffs m8,, you've been found out to be a grade A walloper...keep digging,, keep looking down on people, don't stop being an arrogant kant!
my balls bigger than your ball ... jeezo m8...
Q: "What year did Arsenal become European club champions?"
A: " ".
Have Arsenal ever been relevant?
The invincibles season aside, they've just been any other English team.. Like an Everton/Nottingham Forest/Leeds (although there's an argument that the latter two are more successful, if less relevant today).
The thing that has really dented Arsenal in recent years is their shiny new stadium which is completely soulless and cost an absolute bomb despite being named after some Arab firm.
Highbury was a great wee stadium, didn't cost millions, had an atmosphere (cardboard fans while winning 1-0 in the early 90's aside), and it meant something.
Tbh wanyama hasnt exactly done badly having come from celtic. I actually think van dijk could be a decent signing for a reasonably small outlay, lets be honest were not gunna sign hummels or any other world class cb so a good young cb is probably our best hope. Atleast at 6ft4 he has some stature and from the little ive seen of him he doesnt seem particularly slow.

Such a bitter comment tinged with hate. Why the jealousy?! In comparison to every major or average league in Europe, Scotland pales in comparison. It's not even a proper competitive league.
Arsenal managed to build a stadium and get CL qualification despite the massive competition from at least 5 other PL clubs. No matter what my opinion of Wenger, for that he has to be commended.
Celtic though have been handed the SPL for the next 5 years, at least, on a plate. And despite their major advantage over any other Scottish team, they are still a shambles in Europe

WUM about what?! It's an article about a certain CB we've been heavily linked with. I've never seen the player before and made an assumption on his quality based on the píss poor quality of the league he plays in. My fellow Arsenal fans corrected me, and informed me that he's actually a decent player.
It was a civilised article until your precious kind invaded this article and went off on another defensive campaign of the SPL. But my thoughts are still intact. The Scottish Premier League is nothing but a farcical joke of a league.

Didn’t we sign Gabriel around this time?
