We need to win the next 3 games IMO, because we have nightmare run of fixtures after that:
Bristol City v Peterborough Tue 17 Feb 19:45
MK Dons v Peterborough Sat 21 Feb 15:00
Peterborough v Bradford Sat 28 Feb 15:00
Sheff Utd v Peterborough Tue 3 Mar 19:30
Peterborough v Leyton Orient Sat 7 Mar 15:00
Doncaster v Peterborough Sat 14 Mar 15:00
Preston v Peterborough Tue 17 Mar 19:45
We could conceivably not win any of those.
Tough, very tough, Righteous. If we win the February games, promotion will be on the cards.
Peterborough can beat anybody. Mk dons lost early in the season. I don't there is much difference between the sides in this league hence Posh lost so many games by narrow margins and are now starting to win by narrow margin.
Clearly the top 4 are better than everyone else or they wouldn't me miles in front.
Your delusion doesn't change that Hafi.
Top 2 only matters, 3rd and 4th will have to play against a team in 5th and 6th in play offs. Peterborough were top for a while. Just small margins. I would say going by goal difference and points the top 3 have that edge but the rest not so. Peterborough did beat 2nd place mk dons 3-2 and 10 days later mk dons thrashed man utd reserves 4-0.
Hafi has hope in his heart - you need it, if you support Man U
A 1-0 win today would suit us fine.
C'mon the Posh (and LFC against Everton)!
I am just hoping Peterborough sneak 6th spot and this time win in the play offs. I suppose last season Johnstone's Paints Trophy win softened the play offs blow. Under Fergie we always have something interesting going on every season.
Yeah like two relegations.
Darren Ferguson has same birthday and I know which town he visits.
Darren Ferguson has 1 more premierleague title medal then Steven Gerrard and 1 more football league trophy and was even voted Wrexham player of the year in 2000. 3 promotions and JPT as well as going to the championship twice is amazing.
We only got relegated once under DF with the highest championship points tally to get relegated the other season he left early.
He left early when well on the way to relegation.
Then left Preston when well on the way to relegation.
Don't care what he won as a player, it's irrelevant to him as a manager.
righteous1 he has got promoted more times then relegated. For Peterborough to go into the championship was incredible. Remember this game was broadcased on sky I believe.

90% possession wow.
I didn't need to watch it on TV, I was there, I actually go to games not just endlessly quote irrelevant stats.
Ferguson has had resources other Posh managers can only dream of.
He has built some good teams with it, but the last 18 months have been nowhere near good enough and no amount of pro-Man Utd Fergie loving delusion can change that.

righteous1 yes fortunes. You must hate Fergie to not realise what he has done financially for the club being very successul. The buys peterborough made have made huge profits.
-£13.9m net spend last 2 seasons and minus in most seasons.
Net spend is irrelevant at our level. All clubs make money on transfers.
He has broke the club record repeatedly for signings.
He doesn't spot the players anyway, Fry does.
He didn't make any good signings at Preston did he? I wonder why.
I don't hate Fergie, he is one of our best ever managers, but he has had his time with us.
You're the one who can't differentiate between him and his Man Utd connections, because you are pathetic.

"When I bought Peterborough United and said we're going to get out of League Two and League One, all the usual people were laughing and sneering at us.
"I like being written off. I like proving them wrong."
Like I said peterborough by budget are a league 2 side but for Peterborough to play in championship for a few seasons is something incredible. Thats similar to Leicester City finishing top 4 of the premierleague.
You are mental.
If you think we have operated on a L2 budget in the last 8 years then you seriously need help.

DF has a contract until 2017 for a reason. He is like Wenger brings some kind of success and gets great players cheaply and sells for big.
Remember Cambridge utd saying the replay money helps the budget for a year so how much is -£13.9m net spend brought in by transfer dealings in last 2 seasons gonna do for Peterborough.

Blah blah blah
It's just noise.
No your just Blah ............ ing I am dealing with facts your dealing with miles off opinions.
It's not the facts that are the problem, it's the fact you are incapable of comprehending them.
Anyone who frequents the Man U board is well aware of that.
Your the one who said we spent a fortune but the facts prove we didn't so its the fact you are incapable of comprehending them that is the problem.
