I'll be honest... i forgot that he was in out CL squad that season!
He may even feel that he did not play enough of a part in those trophies to be satisfied.
he will want more i am sure
"What If he retires tommorrow without lifting any more trophy, will he be fulfilled footballing wise?"
Probably not, but you could say the same of 99.9% of players. Professional footballers are geared to want to win, and no matter how much they win in their career it's never enough.
I bet he is happy to play games at a club that appreciates him
He has become an England regular and is loved by the fans of the club he plays for.
Trophies are important but If I was a player I would rather play each week than sit in reserves earning a fortune like Wayne Bridge did at City.

Think thats incorrect, im sure half of footballers are happy to even be at the level they are.
Many players if they retired at 25, even with Sturridges accolades won't be happy...Messi at 25 for example already said to be the best ever, but had he retired then, he wouldn't be pleased because then he wouldn't have broken the Spanish league/CL records etc not to forget didn't even have a real shot at WC then.
Players like assou ekotto saying stuff like if it wasn't for the money I wouldn't play football.
Knowing Sturridge he would be very grateful thank god he had the opportunity to have a short career in the best sport in the world made a killing in the process etc etc.
Ofcourse he would wish he could have played longer won more that's normal, but doesn't strike me as the kind of person to let it bring him down.
He is a superb player and he was wrongly let go from Chelsea to Liverpool. If Mourinho was Chelsea manager he would have loved to have worked with him and he is a class player.Only AVB treated him well and got the best out of him even if he was played as a winger!
