Raptit

Its a cup final. Wont be a rollover.

Everyone is expecting a big reaction from Chelsea. Had a lot of media spotlight on us in the last few weeks.. Cant afford to lose.

Someone on here who can post on 2 teams boards at once should do a star vote:

5 for Chelsea

3 for don't care

1 for Spurs

I prefer the good old days when Football and Technology weren't married up. I like both, but regards to Football I see it as a way of escaping technology.

Football has always been a simple game of 3 or 4 elements. A ball. Legs and feet. Grass. Goal posts.

What next, an X-Factor-esque phone-in for man of the match? Pay to have your name on the advertising boards? Oh wait, that would be pretty cool.

Back yeah, Twitter. More trouble than its worth.

Spurs currently on 56%

Isn’t the arch lit white by default anyway? So basically if Spurs fans tweet more than Chelsea fans they can stop it being blue. This is so stupid, personally I’d prefer if they lit the arch with the colours of both teams from each side and then the entire thing with the colours of the winners at the end.

You can have the arch as long as it's our ribbons on the cup

Droog - yeah that sounds like a pretty cool idea actually

I get why from a social media point of view this might seem like a good idea to generate some interest and traffic but I'd imagine the majority of people don't care about Twitter and as such it seems bizarre on what it a good day out for both clubs and both sets of fans to favour one club for something as iconic as the Wembley landmark based on some silly vote which perhaps 5% of the fans are even aware of.

I like my idea of lighting it up for both teams before and during the match and lighting it the colours of the winning team once the presentation takes place and for the rest of the night. In fact since you can see the arch from many parts of London for a few miles it is a great indication and a beacon of the result. I could be in a vista where the arch is visible and think "oh X must have won the play off today" or what ever was on, I like that.
