You'll get slated by many on here, but I fully agree. Winning is a mentality and a confidence booster ahead of Sunday and our squad appears fit enough to cope.
Would probably leave out either Moussa or Mason depending which one is likely to start on Sunday, and include Vorm, but agree it needs to be a strong line up put out.

If they are all traveling then you May aswell just play our strongest team IMO
We have to win, we can win.
If we played a weak team and go out then lose on Sunday then what?

makes no sense, the point of not playing everyone is so that they don't get tired/injured
anyway regarding the article, that teams is OK actually. probably would leave out dembele though, he will be one of the most important players v chelsea

then the gamble didn't pay off
Anyone who would EVER want us to lose in a European Cup game is NOT a TRUE THFC supporter. This is who we are. And when we talk about "Glory" this is what it means. Spurs have always been a European team from back in the day.
Tiredness isn't the problem it's the traveling around in early hours, this isn't happening as they are staying.
What's the point sitting them on bench then after an hour having to bring them on as our back up players aren't good enough.
Start full strength then see the game out early and then rest the main players ( Eriksen Bentaleb Kane )
Only main player I wouldn't play is Lloris as If he does i think Vorm will play Saturday.

firstly this is not the European cup. secondly, I doubt any spurs fan wants us to lose the game.
and even if they did, how does that make them not a true THFC supporter if in their opinion it was for the long term good of the team this season?
shocking post, you are much better than that
my personal opinion is I want us to win this game, but in my opinion the massive priority is the game on sunday, and all attention should be on that. not saying we go out to lose, just saying that the team selection should be carefully considered as its 3 days ahead of the biggest game of the season so far.

Personally I don't think we have a chance for 4th as we are to inconsistent.
On europa we might aswell just give it a good go now and see where we get.
No apparently Adebayor hasnt travelled mate
we are inconsistent hengy, but mostly due to the games after the Europa league... our form has been a joke.
which makes me worried for sunday
That's mainly because behind our first X1 our squad just isn't good enough.
That's why we need to ride this wave of form Kane etc have as long as possible.
I would say we have exceeded the majority of fans expectations already for the season.
Also if we go back to the xmas period after the 1-0 defeat away to besiktas we played 7 games in 21 days winning 5 drawing 2.
So we can play games every 3 or 4 days no problem when the players are up for it.

‘Ardiles heel’ didn’t say it was “the” European Cup, he said it is “a” European Cup, which is spot on...
And I also agree that anyone wanting us to lose – does make them a bit of an odd fan – although I think the actual point here is whether we play really strong to win it – or play enough of a strong side to win it – not whether anyone actually wants us to lose.
I say we should play as strong as possible, including Kane, Eriksen and Lloris.
Go all out to win this game. If we go through then good, we're still part of an important competition, and if we lose we gave it our best shot.
Play as strong as we can against Chelsea, and if we lose then it's probably because Chelsea are just that good anyway.
The only way it will look like a poor decision in hindsight to have played a strong team against Fiorentina, is if one of our key players like Kane gets injured, and we go on to then lose against Chelsea. However that would just be one of those things you can't predict.
Its certainly a connundrum. If we go out of the Europa and lose to Chelsea our season is over as we probably wont get top four and for all of our efforts the season will just fade away.
On the other hand do we risk playing first teamers tomorrow night and risked them being knackered or injured for Sunday?
I think the tomorrow we should go with our strongest line up bar kane and Eriksen (our two most important players) and have them on the bench if needed.
